AIは、人間が行う判断・文章作成・分析・翻訳などの作業を、コンピューターが自動的に行う技術です。

In plain English:
AI is software that can do tasks that used to require human intelligence — like writing, analyzing, translating, answering questions, and generating images.

For Chikuho Region business owners:
AI is a tool that can save you time on repetitive tasks, help you write better content, answer customer questions, and analyze your business data — without needing to write code.

CONTEXT: "My business is [description]..."
TASK: "Please [what you want]..."
FORMAT: "Output as [bullet points / table / email / etc.]"

Bad prompt: “Write a LinkedIn post”

Good prompt:

Accepting first output Ask AI to revise: “Make it shorter / more formal / in Japanese”
Not fact-checking AI can make things up. Always verify important facts
Sharing confidential data Never paste private customer data or trade secrets into free AI tools
Giving up after one try Reprompt with feedback: “That’s too long. Try again in 100 words.”
